Consultancy and Pricing

As a consultant solicitor, Michelle offers all the assurance of working with a fully qualified, insured, and regulated legal professional, without the overheads associated with traditional law firms. This agile model allows her to deliver high-quality legal services in a more cost-effective way, offering competitive pricing while maintaining exceptional standards of care and responsiveness.

Michelle will be accepting new instructions from 1 July 2025.

Michelle’s hourly rate is £200 per hour excluding VAT, but the vast majority of instructions are agreed on a fixed-fee basis. VAT is payable where a client is ordinarily resident in the UK. Please note that these estimates do not include disbursements, such as Home Office fees.
