There are plenty of immigration advisers out there. Many will process your application competently. But for clients, the experience can feel transactional, formulaic, impersonal.

That’s where I’m different.

Immigration law does not lend itself to a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Your case is shaped by your history, your plans, your risks and your priorities, and it deserves to be treated that way.

I work with a deliberately limited caseload so I can give each of my clients my full attention from start to finish. As a Consultant Solicitor, I control my own workload and I don’t answer to billing targets or KPIs.

My only priority is achieving the strongest possible outcome for you.

The fees below reflect the experience, care and strategic thinking I bring to every case. Before you instruct me, you will receive a tailored quote so you know exactly what is included and how I will support you throughout.

What My Fees Include

  • A detailed assessment of your circumstances and eligibility, including identifying the most appropriate immigration route(s).

  • Strategic advice to identify risks early and reduce them wherever possible

  • Tailored evidence planning and document checklist.

  • Optimisation of your application form, with shared access so I can edit and refine it directly.

  • A detailed cover letter presenting your case to the Home Office in the strongest possible light.  

  • Formal representation and liaison with the Home Office throughout, until we have your decision.

And perhaps most importantly: a solicitor you can trust with the questions and anxieties that tend to surface at 3am.
